Shrimps with peppers and feta cheese

Follow the package instructions to thaw the shrimp. Rinse the shrimp well and drain in a colander.

Mix the chopped tomato with 150g water in a blender and pour into a deep pan.

Once it starts to boil, add the peppers, garlic, olive oil, green pepper, salt and spring onion.

Cook for about 5 more minutes. Add the remaining 100g water, parsley, stock and shrimp.

Grate the feta cheese with your hands, add it to the pan and simmer for another 2 minutes.

Finally, add the parmesan cheese, stir gently and remove from heat.
Serve as an appetizer or pair with rice and a green salad.
